First Stretch
New clients get a full stretch, either 50 minute or 25 minutes where we assess you and see how you are feeling + a consultation where we talk with you and go over your medical history. These appointments typically take a little longer, plan on about 60 minutes & 35 minutes. We will give you a recommendation on how often and how long to come in for at the completion of your appointment.
Existing Clients & Packages...
Once you have had your first stretch + consult. You are welcome to purchase stretches on a stretch by stretch basis or in packages. Packages never expire but they are non refundable. These can also be transferred to a family member if you would like to gift them a stretch from your package.
15 Minute
15 minute personalized assisted stretch to increase your range of motion and flexibility in one or two areas. Great for athletes or people who just need a specific area stretched.
25 Minute
25 minute personalized stretch, 25 can be a short full body or a focus on two to four areas. This is great for young athletes, aging clients or clients who work jobs that have then in the same position for long periods of time.
50 Minute
50 minute personalized stretch is a full body stretch, making everyday tasks easier and improving your quality of life. This can also be a targeted stretch experience.
Whatever time block you choose, we will discuss goals and figure out what is right for you, and how often to come in.
No Show / Cancellation / Early Termination
Credit card required to hold your appointment. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment.
If you fail to show for an appointment you will be charged for the full cost of the appointment. In order to not be charged the FULL amount for your scheduled appointment, all cancelations or rescheduled appointments must be completed at least 24 hours in advance.
If you have missed more than 2 appointments, you will need to prepay the full amount prior to any future appointments.
If you terminate the session early, for any reason, you are responsible for 100% of the reserved appointment time.
