Symptoms of a Rotator Cuff Injury

Rotator cuff injuries are a common occurrence among athletes who engage in overhead activities, such as pickleball players or individuals who frequently raise their arms above their head.

It is important to maintain the health and strength of the rotator cuff muscles, and this does not necessarily require lifting heavy weights. In fact, using weights as light as one to two pounds can be sufficient to preserve the function and strength of these muscles. Additionally, regular stretching exercises can help maintain good flexibility and overall functionality.
