Before Your Stretch

Each stretch is personalized to you. No cookie cutter stretches here! Use assisted stretching to improve range of motion and flexibility, making everyday tasks easier and improving your quality of life!

50 Minute Stretch:
Relaxing full body stretch We work to improve your range of motion, flexibility, ease stiff joints and loosen tight muscles.

25 Minute Stretch:
Energizing stretch session,  great for partial body stretching or focusing on major muscle groups or specific areas of the body. Great option if you are looking for maintenance or short on time.

What to Wear:
Athletic clothing that are comfortable to stretch in and allow your body to move freely. Clean socks. Grip-socks are preferred, however any clean socks are great.
